Eligibility for Returns

   – Products that can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

   – To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

   – Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@ with your order number and reason and photographs in case of damage for the return.

   – Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds 

   – Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   – If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Non-Returnable Items

   – Custom-made or personalized items

   – Products marked as final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items 

   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
