WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Shipping, Transport, or Courier charges will be applicable in addition to the total value of your order. This shall be at actuals as levied by such Shipping, Transport, or Courier company.

Any such charges may or may not be known and confirmed by TRI before your ordered goods are shipped, transported, or couriered to you. The charges thus levied shall be mentioned separately on the invoice attached along with the product delivered.


WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Generally, the products are shipped within 7-14 working days, post-order procurement. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Since the estimated delivery time is dependent on the product’s availability with us, it could vary a little while we procure it for you.

‘PREORDER ‘or ‘FORTHCOMING’ PRODUCTS

Products that are yet to be released and are pre-ordered by you shall be shipped to you on the day of their official release/launch. These will reach you within 7 to 14 working days thereafter.

‘TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE’ or ‘OUT OF STOCK

Products which are currently out of stock will not be available for immediate purchase. However, the product could be in stock soon. For this, you will need to check its availability from time to time.


I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can call us to initiate a return, as you receive your courier (for a damaged product or wrong delivery). The logistic person on due explanation can take back the courier and we shall process the returns/exchange.

In case, you have spotted (in due time) the damage or wrong delivery, you can still call us. You will receive a call explaining the process and the pickup will be arranged in due time.


DOES TRI DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now, TRI does not cater to international deliveries on the Website. We can, however, cater to inquiries. Please send us your queries at contact@therosetteimprint.com

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and countries supported by our payment gateway service provider, but the delivery address will need to be in India.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON TRI?

For your hassle-free shopping experience, we have a very comprehensive return policy that is tailored to protect our customers. Please read the policy below for the specific details.

WHAT IS TRI’s RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY?

(for products that are not personalized)

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it to get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost.

To avail of free replacement, you must notify us immediately as the products are delivered. The damaged items can be returned to the courier if identified at the event of delivery and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost. You will need to send us proof through pictures of the packaging and product through email at contact@therosetteimprint.com. Grant of return will be subject to acceptance by TRI / Website.

In case of a delayed return, the products being returned must remain in their actual condition present at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the products being returned are not used or damaged or replaced with the actual products. Retain original packaging and delivery Challans/invoice to claim the exchange.

However, there is No Cancellation policy on products that are Personalised through the Website.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

TRI follows a No Exchange policy.

You can contact for the same through email at contact@therosetteimprint.com. The exchange will be subject to acceptance by TRI / Website. Should the exchange be accepted, the delivery of such exchange will be done at the convenient schedule as per our other deliveries and the products exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged further.

The products being exchanged must remain in their actual condition present at the time of delivery. Please ensure that products are not used or damaged or replaced with the actual products. Retain original packaging and delivery Challans/invoice to claim the exchange.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR INITIATING A RETURN?

Damages due to misuse of products are not covered under the Policy. Products once exchanged cannot be returned unless they have reached you in damaged condition. Hence, it is your duty to check that the products being delivered are in good condition. Products with any sort of marks made by the user become ineligible for return.

Please return the products in the actual condition you received them.

Replacement of products can be done for the entire order or part of the order, subject to products damaged and the availability of the products.

MY RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN DECLINED. WHAT CAN I DO?

In case your return request has been declined and you are not convinced by the reason, you can write to us at contact@therosetteimprint.com to resolve the issue. You can file a dispute within 15 days from the date of delivery and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order (if not personalized) till the item is not marked for shipping. However, for personalized products, orders once placed cannot be canceled. Please email us immediately at contact@therosetteimprint.com mentioning your order number and cancellation request. The cancellation is subject to approval from TRI / Website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY CANCELLATION REQUEST?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it shall take us a maximum of 2-5 working days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. However, sometimes, it may take up to 7-14 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by TRI.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes between the parties (the customers and TRI) shall be governed by the laws of India and will be contested within the jurisdiction of the Bombay High Court, Mumbai.
